In the "olden days" Dr. Lauren and Sarah did their best to be on top of the requests for help here at SC. As we all remember, sometimes we would wonder if anyone was "out there" listening or caring. Of course there was. Sometimes it just took a bit for them to find the time to come in, catch up and then decide where to go from there.

As you know, there is more help now. Your requests for assistance are seen/heard very shortly after you've put them out there and you can assume, a "process" to help you has begun maybe even before you've heard back from anyone. At the point of asking, requests are taken very seriously and again, things are moving much faster than they used to. So please be sure you want help and/or something looked into before you get that process started. This is not to scare anyone into feeling they had better not ask/reach out, as it is encouraged, but instead to remind that it takes time and effort to start the process, as well as withdraw it.

Thank you and much appreciated.
