I looked in our member list (anyone can do this I think) and don't see her screen name.
She may have to create a new account with a new name, but I'm not sure.
We can contact the board admins and figure it out.
So sorry for her frustration. The board is public and anyone can pop in and read .

We've been having a huge pain in the butt situation with hundreds of bot spammers signing up every day to post spam. I've been having to mass delete them, and unfortunately am not catching all of the legitimate new members. Please have her re-register, and have her email me at sarah @ drlauren.com with her username at the same time, so that I can make sure to not delete her account.

I'm going to pin this topic. Please have any new users experiencing trouble email me. We'll hopefully have a solution to this issue soon. So sorry for the inconvenience.

Sarah
